I want to share my opinion about raw food. The best and healthy food for health is ragi and wheat. Both cereals are very good for health. Wheat is used for weight loss as well as energetic food. Ragi is very energetic as well as good for sugar patient. Even wheat is good for sugar patients. Banana plant stem juice mixed with water is also good for health. It is useful in destroying urine calcium stones and even weight reduction.
Health is wealth. So please take care of your health and have a long life.
